Just as described. Good quality. It can be disassembled for cleaning. The base comes with some rubber bands so that when the cat uses it, it doesn't move from its place. I liked the idea; I haven't tried it with the cat yet, but I think it will like it.

My dog loves!! It's perfect for my 8lb biewer terrier who loves to lick. It's soothing for her. I put no-salt chicken broth in it. It's a bit tricky to get the unit apart to wash it though. If your cat or dog loves to lick, i highly recommend it for smaller pets. It's not suitable for larger dogs.

This pet bowl has a cute design and good quality. My three little dogs are competing to use it, so it seems like we need to place an order for two more, so that each of them has their own exclusive bowl and doesn't have to compete anymore!

This blue basin chassis is very stable, so it won't turn over ~ the material is that kind of smooth plastic, which is easy to wash and doesn't hide dirt, and the capacity is just enough for my puppy to have a meal.
